Children aged five and older count toward the room’s maximum occupancy. Children younger than five who share an existing bed with a parent do not count toward that limit. Rollaway accommodation is restricted to Rooms 4 and 18, and additional occupancy must remain within the permitted capacity of the selected room.

Smoking and Quiet Hours

Free parking is available in the hotel lot and on nearby streets. The parking area cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles, or trailers. Guests arriving with a larger vehicle should arrange suitable parking elsewhere before arrival.

Historic Building and High Elevation

The property is more than 130 years old and includes squeaking floors, uneven surfaces, narrow doorways, delicate windows, antique furnishings, and temperature differences between areas. Fans or heaters may be supplied when needed.

Cripple Creek sits at approximately 9,600 feet above sea level. Visitors unfamiliar with high altitude may experience breathlessness, fatigue, headache, disrupted sleep, or stomach discomfort. Guests should allow time to adjust and seek medical advice when symptoms are severe or persistent.
